NOTD: Smitten Polish "Siren's Song"

Wow, another polish first on the blog- I'm definitely on a role with these!!

I have a few Smittens, but this one called to me this time...maybe the name itself did!!

This isn't in stock at the Smitten Etsy store, but i have found it on the Femme Fatale site (which sadly is only to Australian customers only), so maybe a bit of looking around might help you find it, if you decide you need want it in your life!

Described as:
"a glass fleck with blue and dark pink tones, plus a subtle blue to red duo chrome shift"
No arguments.  Its spot on and beautiful colour in the bottle, and even more beautiful on your nails. I tried to capture the shimmers of it, but its so difficult!! Trust me when i say the polish is much better in Real life (so to speak!!).

The polish itself was on the thick side of medium consistency, so it only needed 2 coats to obtain complete coverage.  Dried quite quickly between coats, but i gave it about 6-10 minutes.
Base coat used was Nails Inc Hyde Park.

Slightly odd picture that one- the first coat i took inside, and the second coat i was outside!
So i took some pictures of both again with a top coat on. Top coat used here was the luscious and glossy Gelous (fast becoming my favourite top coat!!)

So Inside first of all....
This one shows up the deep purple and the blue hues more.

Then onto the outside

...which helped show the peekings of pink and purple around the edges an shows the particles a little clearer.

A beautiful polish with so much colour, style and oomph packed into it, i don't think anymore could have been put in! its just crammed with everything that polish should be...Not too holographic, but a great duo chrome, great combination of colours, and in whatever light you're in, it shows a brilliant combination of style and colour!

Yes- its totally staying!!
